从办理入住开始就很开心，酒店姑娘很幽默.中午睡个午觉，经过前台、姑娘可能看我困意挺重还挺关心的询问了一下，得知我要去开车姑娘特意送了我一瓶风油精，还帮我把水杯倒满茶水！真不错！感谢！

从湖北来的，因为没有带身份证到了两家酒店没有给办理入住，10点多来的亚朵，说了一下情况，小伙子并没有跟其他家那样直接说没有身份证不能住、而是很热情的帮忙打电话连联系派出所、还带我去开了证明，真的内心觉得亚朵员工不错的！最主要的烟台大雪小伙子就穿了一件单外套陪我去，一点怨言都没有，相信全国亚朵服务都是这样好的....谢谢烟台亚朵......

入住烟台这家亚朵，满满的真的是感动，女朋友来的时候身体不舒服，身上特别烫，我跟女朋友下楼准备打车去医院，在楼下等车的时候，前台的服务人员端过来热茶，看到女朋友很难受的趴在桌子上就问了一下，得知女朋友发烧以后，姑娘端过来一杯热气腾腾的红糖姜茶，我觉得很感动，更感动的是去医院的路上酒店打来电话问方不方便前台的工作人员到我的房间把房卡放上空调打开这样回来的时候房间不会冷.....住过好多酒店，真的是这家亚朵让我由心里觉得暖！下次来烟台没有理由不住这家.....真的感谢....
