  酒店服务挺不错，卫生也可以，环境可以，设施齐全，附近离烟台大学和小吃街挺近的，周围也有共享单车，挺不错的，还免费帮我们升级房间了。

  酒店很贴心得知没有时间吃早饭退房给我送了一份烤地瓜，心里挺感动的服务态度真的很不错，满意，酒店房间干净，环境也不错，设施比较完善。

  酒店服务人员挺好的，退房还有小礼品，还有免费烤地瓜挺不错的，晚上酒店还有个夜宵虽然不太多种类但是很暖心，满意满意。设施挺齐全，附近交通便利真不错
