我每年回山东都住这里，服务设施都很好。与之三星酒店匹配。但今年再住，感觉颠覆。其一，为了满足一家三口住我订的大床标间却只提供小床标间，不得已我加了一间房；行前我几经比较海阳数家星级酒店只有方圆有1米5的双大床标间，这是艺龙上的信息，也有图片。于是我定了方圆。入住时发现有误，与前台交涉，服务员说方圆根本没有这样的房间，我给她看我手机上保存的有关信息，她说艺龙搞错了。无论是艺龙还是酒店的错，都不是我的错。老人孩子经过长途跋涉在等着，我只能临时加开一间房。一直到行程结束，酒店未给以满意的解决。其二，早餐水准大不如前。其三，前台服务员包括主管素质不高，业务水准低。与三星水准酒店不符。

说句实在话，海阳这个对地方那么多所谓海景酒店，管理都一塌糊涂，方圆完全可以改造一下硬件，其他酒店都是浮云*

感觉确实有点陈旧了，而且网络连不上，经理倒是很热心，拿来自己的电脑给我用，还是不行。最恶心的就是早上餐厅里蹭饭吃的精叉。

房间还凑合，早餐8点后吃的就不多了，也不加菜。早起的鸟儿有食吃啊!
