三星的大件设施齐全，但是设备太陈旧了，还有好多是坏的。客房部和前台竟然不在同一幢楼里，客房部想找到服务员还是很困难的，关键问题是那个早餐店的人态度超级差啊，一听说是酒店客房部的早餐券就一只指指点点只能选这个那个，从来都没遇过这样的早餐部门，无语……
