酒店从外表看起来真不起眼，但是进房间去一看档次绝对超出四星配置。满酒店都是葡萄和葡萄酒的元素。前台是用两个大酒桶造型的，很有感觉，走廊的地毯也很厚实，上面也是葡萄图案，路过的每个房间门上还有世界上的著名葡萄酒酒庄的名字，连房间号码都跟葡萄元素有关。进房间后，床上用品保洁阿姨介绍说是用的桑蚕丝的面料，被芯是用的羽绒的，乖乖，这些细节的确让我们感到这个价格住进来赚大了，想起那些黑心棉，真心感到这家酒店还蛮靠谱的。晚上我们散步去的海边，酒店离海边约有一个红绿灯距离，回来洗完热水澡，还品尝了酒店赠送的自己家酒庄生产的葡萄酒，真心觉得不错，这的确很温馨。还想再多写写，时间问题就不说了。总之给满分。哦，还有前台的服务员给个赞服务态度超级好，还帮我们预定了打折景区门票，省了不少银子，下次战友聚会在蓬莱，一定推荐来这里住。

酒店硬件设施非常不错，卫生条件好，酒店离蓬莱阁，三仙山区景区挺近的车程只需要五分钟，服务很热情，值得选择!

服务态度不好，三人房间只配备两人用品，退房还要扣押金，说污染枕套，我们全家因孩子小，没有人染发，硬说我们染发污染，还是红色的，就是想找个油头扣钱，黑心酒店，欺负外地人
