设施太过陈旧，房间整体看上去脏兮兮的。房间里的地毯一块一块的黑斑。还不如换成木地板。卫生间热水器水热的超慢。好处是房间比较大，在烟大校内，校友回来还是喜欢住在校内。这么好的位置如果要好好珍惜自己的优势啊，酒店真的真的该装修了。嗯，可能那栋新楼环境会很好吧。

住宿了3天。定的2个标间。评价如下：1。位置给5分。。很好。在烟台大学东门附近，离大海大约200米距离。往西大约500米出大学门就是比较繁华的大商城。2。宾馆设施。给3分。有些年头了。硬件一般，床比较小。柜子比较老。wifi在北楼比较弱。3。早餐。给3.5分吧。还可以的。虽然品种较少，2个咸菜，2个热菜吧大约，但是过得去。 总体给个4分吧。周围的其它宾馆没去过，个人体验，仅仅参考。附件宾馆里面的2图片。

一起来了4个人两个房间。这个季节真是特别便宜！办事的地方出门5分钟就到了，烟大的食堂特别的多，食堂包围酒店。哈哈！酒店位置好服务周到。总之很满意！
