只能说一般般的五星酒店，硬件设施还好，但是服务真的是不行，不知道是不是十一黄金周的原因。就拿早餐来说，我们去的时候餐盘里基本空了，餐巾纸，黄油，面包，包括餐刀，都没有了，而且早餐环境乱哄哄，地上到处是垃圾。此外网络实在是太糟糕，还不如七天汉庭，和北京的五星比差的有点多

国庆期间，能住到这样档次的酒店不容易，设施和服务都足够好，房间还有阳台，床品也满意。酒店位置确实偏僻，好在蓬莱城市不大。
