订的是标间，可是到酒店前台看见我们带着孩子就帮我们免费升级为家庭房，服务没的说，可是房间打扫卫生是收费的，电视节目是可以点播的挺不错的，房间带厨房，但是用电磁炉和餐具需要一天28元的收费，周边吃饭的地方没有，需要开车10公里左右才能到新世界百货和超市，重要的事情说3遍，住那里一定要自驾车，一定要自驾车，一定要自驾车。

一家三口10.1假期后错峰出游。这里环境没的说：高档公寓小区，距离海边很近，马路对面是高尔夫公园。公寓设施装修都很新，还有厨房可以做饭。这是我第一次住公寓式酒店，一下子就喜欢上了。这里位置比较偏僻，在烟台开发区，周边交通，餐饮基本上没有而且没有服务员服务只是办理入住和退房手续，适合自驾游的旅客入住。
