真的是非常差劲的一个酒店，真不知道好评是怎么来的，提前打电话说定个国际度假套房 在网上付完款，下午一点到了说没房了，我们一个孕妇两个老人 就在大堂等着，经理说不行定个别的酒店，就是这么负责任的，都下午了上哪找合适的， 后来有个退房的 这好不容易有房间说要打扫，到晚上快六点还没打扫完 ，5个多小时打扫多大房间啊。好几个都是等了几个小时都没住进去，真不知道这是个什么酒店，真是再也不会住了，不负责任，态度还不好，简直太次了

体验很差的一次，前台服务员办理慢。餐厅吃饭，太差劲，服务员反应慢，上菜慢，两碗米饭要等20分钟，以为人家去新蒸了，结果上来基本凉的。给孩子点份炒饭，吃着吃着吃出头发。真他妈服了。
