酒店的员工都非常非常热情，从一下出租车开始知道办好入住到了房间，酒店员工都是嘘寒问暖，感觉像是家人。真正的宾至如归。强烈要求酒店表扬宋佳，张艳艳，周蓉，高彦芳四位员工。热情周到，值得褒奖。
