空调基本是摆设，冻得快感冒了，要不是朋友婚礼在这里举办，早换地方了。打电话沟通了三次，第一次让我多开一会，我开了两个小时，第二次说让服务员来看看，一个小时没来人，第三次说让工程师来看看，一个小时没来人，我也懒得打电话说了，换房间也不给换，人也不来修。椅子上还有上一位客人落下的东西，估计卫生也没怎么打扫，太差劲。
