从综合评论出发点为基准选择的这家酒店，颇有上当的感觉，认为评论分值完全有过誉的情况。
首先，从酒店的位置来说比较偏僻，远离商贸区和行政单位以及旅游景点。出行方便程度也比较差，打车等待时间长滴滴专车少，周边公交系统还可以，但是由于距离以上场所比较远，出行时间跨度太大。
然后，房间装修偏上，设施还算齐全，但空间局促压抑。初夏烟台天气偏凉，开空调太早关窗太热，开窗发现没纱窗进蚊子。淋浴间门内开身体腾挪太别扭。床太硬且与床板之间有噪音，不敢动。WIFI信号好，电视输入接口设计合理。公共环境香气太浓烈，熏得有点晕。早餐很一般，西餐风格，老人孩子吃不惯。
因为位置原因周边餐饮配套不好，中档餐厅不多，特色餐厅有限，路对面有小型超市，常用物品采买方便。
有停车场，车位不紧张。
综合来说中等偏下，不适合旅游，适合周边探亲和商企业余往来的临时下榻。有考虑入住请注意参考自身交通工具和目的地之间的距离问题。

酒店各方面都是不错的，干净卫生、氛围也非常好，早餐也不错，唯一的遗憾就是房间小了一点。
