超级好呀，我是烟台本地的，因为觉得好都会推荐朋友入住，男票来的时候我们一直入住这里，服务超级好的，有耐心，特别喜欢那个卫生员大姐，不知道名字，但是知道好像在18楼的，上次去入住时大姐还送了一个小玩偶，可以说是非常用心了，这里的工作人员都是服务至上，住过他家后希尔顿都不会想，没法比服务，上次住了一天希尔顿，前台服务跟欠他钱一样，第二天转住这里，超级舒心的，无论前台，门童，卫生员，就连停车场的大叔们都笑的那么可爱。希望贵店越来越好

极度极度差评，我都怀疑好评是否都是刷出来的，进酒店门口无人接待，自己自助停车，，窄小的电梯间，老旧的设施，进房间一股子怪味，电话不好用，放洗澡水半小时还是铁锈色，老旧窗帘，洗浴用品可以花钱用酒店的高档舒肤佳系列产品，无语了，刚刚从万达文化过来，天地之差

特别棒的体验，交通便利，最主要是服务好。每个服务生见了你都笑脸相迎，下午睡醒给送银耳汤，早上送水果。打扫房间把你的鞋都摆放的整整齐齐。

酒店很好来了以后总台的美女就给免费升级到家庭海景房、意外的惊喜，位置不用说离的海边近，在二楼吃自助还减免20，服务很好很热情每天都有水果和牛奶咖啡纯水、还贴心的准备了晾衣架和小孩玩具浴衣、Wi-Fi也很给力，下次来烟台度假还住这！
