在携程上已经付款了，离店时竟然从押金里扣了房费！还说携程凭什么替他们收钱，是团购的提供券号，不是团购就要再交房费。无奈打电话给携程客服求助，前台跟客服说的挺好，一放下电话又变了嘴脸，还是不肯退押金。退房等了一个多小时。评论一下房间吧，定了有窗的标准间，给了没窗的，很闷透不过气，地板特别恶心。。优点是被子看起来很干净。酒店处于一个脏乱的胡同里，很难找，晚上有人聚堆斗殴，听着挺凶残的，还有女生的惨叫声。总之倒贴钱也不敢再住了，有种有去无回死里逃生的感觉。以上亲生经历，给来烟台的朋友提个醒，宁可多花几十块钱住别的地方，也别在这种旅馆里。。不说了，请脑补情景。

酒店位置附近距长途站10分钟，走去的。房间很好，就是没有窗户。空调包夜调水！价格实惠。亲们可以入住。好！好好！好好！
