设施比较旧了，服务还不错。特地订了海景房，可惜天气不好，真是海天一色，啥也没看到。莱山可选的酒店不多，南山皇冠假日优势是里烟大海水浴场很近

前台说话比较冷漠生硬，所有的服务人员见到客人都不会主动问候，早餐很差很差，五星级酒店不应该是这样的，不会再去住了

1，住过后，明白这个酒店点评为满分的，恐怕是＂托＂。2，设施老旧了，房间灯光暗淡。3，酒店楼层有霉味或是其他异味。4，泳池水是1米4的，感觉一般吧。5，至于服务中规中矩吧，房间是很不五星。
