未入住，但是付了600多元，没见到酒店，但是服务是我遇到最差的没有之一。酒店介绍写着在烟台大学佳世客第二海水浴场附近，不知道附近是什么概念，我认为走路5分钟左右叫附近，烟台不是北京十公里基本上能穿过市区了。可是当我想取消订单的时候，酒店前台说已经订上了不能取消，还和携程的客服说我撒谎，说酒店到佳世客不到四公里，穿过几条街就到，我真是无语了😓。烟台的亲戚说这家店周边3、4公里内什么配套设施也没有，非常偏僻，离烟台南站倒是不远。虽然我不富裕，虽然我和客服以及及酒店交涉了很长时间酒店也不取消订单，但是我也坚决不会住这样的酒店，不知道后面还会有更糟糕的感受。奉劝大家不要住这样的酒店，烟台的好酒店太多了，比它好的有的是.
