远离商业区，环境很好，交通便利，附近是一片居民区。价位偏高，尤其是吃饭，不在宾馆吃饭就得走到附近居民区才有。从正门出发到海边大概10分钟。

又贵又差！周围没有吃饭的地方更没有商店超市，饭店餐厅贵的离谱，而且他们主要服务于那些开会的人，对于零散住户服务特别差！最便宜的菜土豆丝20。想买包泡面去他们前台跑了两次都说卖东西的有事不在！泡面没买到，吃饭太贵，只好叫了外卖，远的很，所以起送价也很贵……闯荡江湖十几年第一次在外面遇到这种囧境，房价还这么贵！房间好也就算了，问题是连普通几十块的房间都不如。你是在北京前门还是在上海外滩啊！
