看了好些评价，才决定定了这家，因为一些事情耽搁入住，客服一直打电话和我联系，我在火车上信号又不是很好，我回拨又是艺龙的客服，直到晚上九点多才联系到酒店前台，客服非常热情，说因为我没及时办理入住，也不敢给我取消。后来又免费给我改成第二天的房间了！那些说好评都是托儿的旅客，我说你们才是同行黑呢。任何一家酒店都会或多或少出现一些小状况，不能因为意外，就否定他们的服务！出门在外，相互理解最重要！
