一家五口去烟台旅游，酒店环境好，很干净，也很安静，商务套间很宽敞，小女儿刚1岁半，在里面走来走去，玩得很开心呢啊.各项服务比较周到吧。好评。

很差很差，洗脸盆放水，竟然全是黄色的水（看图片），他们竟然觉得正常？第一次住也是最后一次！
预订的是标准房间，说没有房了。给我升级。什么套房，真的很一般。房间离前台要走100米远，唉！差评！
