住了三天，服务很好。腰不好給加了硬板，还给送了一次蒸苹果和银耳羹，还送了苹果和果盘。体贴温馨礼貌是这个酒店的特点。自助餐厅不错住店给优惠。

服务态度很好，出去游玩时服务人员贴心的烧好热水，配了红枣，留了温馨提示的小信，尤其一点很暖心，不知为何牙疼，问了前台要姜片止疼，原本想着一片就好，但不成想，他们还送来了味精，花椒（这些对牙疼很管用），细致周到的放在小盘子里，把客户的需求放第一位，赞一个，以后出差烟台就选择这里做据点了。
