前台服务不负责任，已经说了携程预订，前台称酒店预订部门已经下班，无法完成房间预订，要是入住只能在前台按照门市价办理入住，后联系携程，最终按携程预订入住，外部环境尚可，但房间设备，卫生一般

酒店环境挺好，大概因为去的时候不是旅游旺季，所以酒店入住的客人很少，早餐按份选择中式或西式，而且量是固定的，只少不多；本想带孩子滑完雪到酒店吃饭会比在滑雪场吃放心些，but，两点左右到酒店餐厅竟然下班了，幸好我们自己带了些吃的东西；提醒再有去的亲注意多带些吃的东西吧！尤其是带孩子的亲！其他还可以啦！
