酒店非常周到，每天有一盘水果；早餐非常丰盛，质量也很好；送了入住小礼物钥匙链。总体是非常满意的，类似四星甚至五星酒店的服务标准。但是还有一些欠缺：银耳羹非常好喝，但是住了三晚，只有有一晚送了两碗银耳羹；还有，房间卫生有点一般，孩子盖的被子始终有股臭味；还有一点，卫生间的水开得大的时候，地上都会流出水。
