服务很好，地理位置也不错，我定的家庭当虽然11楼可是靠那句还是很吵！头天入住酒店已经晚了，服务员答应第二天帮我免费洗衣服。第一天有果盘，第二天没送我还以为就只有一次，结果第三第四天又送了，礼轻情谊重！我好奇的是忘记问一下酒店前台如果不是艺龙预订的，当场付钱的话会不会更便宜点？

酒店的服务态度太好了。住过很多四星级酒店，第一次在这是由服务员带我们到房间去的。每天送小水果。在海水浴场把脚划伤了，酒店备有酒精棉等急救药品，服务员非得要帮我包扎脚趾上的伤口，我都不太好意思。总之，服务态度相当好。酒店位置很好，房间里可以看日出，旁边就是第一海水浴场。

酒店临近海边，很不错，可以去沙滩走走，离烟台山公园也没有多少路。酒店服务很温馨，手写了留言条，就是不知道为什么总是觉得有点腥的味道，是不是因为海边的关系。总之，这个酒店还是不错的选择。
