住的是南楼，性价比还不错，蛮干净。服务态度没有北楼好。位置还不错，离海边比较近，便于旅游看景点。以后去烟台还会住在这里。

酒店内部设施很一般，和那种锦江之星差不多，根本没有有些人说的设施类似4星级。前台不错。离第一海滨蛮近的，但沙滩真心不灵

很不错的酒店。不论位置、房间、价格还是服务，都令人满意。房间宽大整洁，洗澡水够大，步行不远就是第一海水浴场，酒店后面走不远就是集市，吃了北方的豆浆、包子、馅饼、油条，价廉物美，非常不错。下回来烟台，这儿还是首选。
