入住的是三人间，房间宽敞，比较干净。据说，该酒店入住的三人间居多。酒店位于烟台的主要街路北马路上，离张裕博物馆很近，离海水浴场也较近，附近有个世茂百货。重要的是离火车站、港口、北马路长途汽车站也近；出行方便。让人觉得不满意的，就是早餐，品种少，酒店的服务员还和顾客抢饭吃，拼命的将火腿肠（唯一的荤菜）用餐盘打包外带。
