进入酒店大堂让人眼前一亮，酒店非常棒，早餐丰富花样多服务员也很热情，房间里面设施齐全洗发沐浴露也都是大牌子的，三楼有个很大的花园美美的绿色环保，??并且位置很好找，??值得推荐，。h

酒店门迎热情，位置处于市中心，离海边只有几百米，周边是利群购物商场和宝龙广场，吃饭购物娱乐方便。订的套房，两个卫生间只有一个带洗浴，特意选的带泳池的五星，但是入住时却告知春节期间不开放，比较失望，其他没什么

卫生：大理石黑缝，地毯斑驳，空调出风口超脏。每天保洁只是简单整理，地面从不清扫。设施：插座倒装或没有，橱柜，靠枕等多出瑕疵，发霉，掉皮好多处。座机显示可以外播，实际只能内线。关键是酒店有人主动打电话问要不要按摩。服务：其他差评描述的都遇到了，唯一觉得好的是餐厅服务员很好。根本达不到五星标准。

酒店很好，位置超好，离景点都只有10分左右车程，附近利群大厦，吃饭，购物，超市出门左转就是，很舒服。酒店硬件很不错，房间也挺舒服。床舒服，干燥清爽。服务员态度很好，有个叫王艳的，说话态度温和，声音好听，很得体周到，赞一个。前台小哥每一次有事打电话，都能满意答复，素质好。赞。

原计划住一晚，结果被迫住了两晚！住的行政房，晚上九点开始，客房骚扰电话不断，全是按摩服务的电话，到十一点，楼内男喊女叫一小时，打电话到前台，答复是喝醉的客人！不能安静休息，非常不好的感受。尤其是酒店方面，没有任何歉意的表达，不能接受！另外，说房间送水果，结果有的送二瓶酸奶，有的只有两个苹果，还不一样？总之，服务不像是五星级酒店的服务。
