距离海边比较近，住在15楼可以看海，不过房间比较小，胜在位置吧。早餐的自助餐还可以，品种挺多，但国庆期间的房价偏高了。停车方便，烟台人还是不错的，很热情。金沙滩不错，沙子细腻，海滩很干净，在沙滩走一走很好。
