酒店设施有些旧了，不过整洁干净，作为十一出行，这个价位的酒店，应该是非常不错的，值得一提的是早餐，就餐环境一般，不过早餐不错，尤其是小点心，做的比许多四星级酒店强的多

这个酒店在烟台开发区的比较偏僻的位置，名为三星级酒店，但是感觉上跟汉庭如家等连锁酒店差不多，价格就贵多了，因此性价比很低。房间内的被套、床单包括毛巾浴巾都显得很旧，设施就更别提了，电源插座都不够用。
