谭大伟服务好评，迎宾李师傅非常热情好评，刘英好评。酒店设施很新，很漂亮，性价比高，订的面向大海的房间，视野很好。对小朋友很友好，有小孩牙刷拖鞋，入住赠送小礼物很漂亮。生日当天赠送了生日蛋糕，装饰了生日气氛彩灯，很用心。住这里附近吃喝很方便，烟台之行吃的也超棒。

酒店给五星好评！先说位置，离第一海水浴场很近，在酒店大堂就能看到大海。门口停车位置很充裕，适合自驾。酒店整体是海洋风格的装修。服务员都很热情，会主动跟客人打招呼，重点表扬谭大伟，服务很热情，看到我们带了小孩子，主动给我们提供了小孩的洗漱用品，拖鞋，还有海螺口哨，孩子特别喜欢！酒店每天都赠送新鲜水果，房间里有手写的欢迎卡，毛巾叠的小动物，让人感觉很温馨。早餐也很丰盛，工作人员会主动帮客人端食物。强烈推荐大家入住！

这个酒店真的很好，比我预期的要好很多，那个服务员小谭听说我颈椎疼，特意给我找了荞麦皮枕头，减轻我的痛苦，表示感谢！做的比宣传的好！

性价比超高！交通很便利，离烟台站仅有3公里，去张裕酒文化博物馆、烟台山公园打车只需起步价，客房内配备物品齐全，卫生干净。酒店停车场很大，适合自驾游，前台服务热情有礼，服务员帮忙提拿行李一直送到房间，赞??
