开房的时候前台给了客房服务的电话，说有什么需要和问题打那个号，结果房间Wi-Fi连上却上不去网，打电话给客房服务他们说不会修。对于外出要用网络办公的人来说真的很无奈！最后还要用自己的4G卡。酒店细节做得不是很到位，环境还可以。浴巾旧了看着不是很干净……

硬件设施还行 服务一般 晚上八点半到达 厨师居然下班了 酒店、餐饮和球会各自为政 本来想住5天打两场球 结果杆都没有拿下车 服务人员和保安看着顾客 懒得说话不说还像防贼一样 最恶心的是 头一天早餐是自助 第二天给的是份饭 理由是客人不多不上自助餐了 一行5人 艺龙订房只能选择6人早餐或4人早餐 不能选单 单人挂房账58元 居然不给挂 说押金不够 只能交现金 在确认押金一万后才给挂房账 连歉意都没有 全球旅行后唯一不再选择入住的酒店
