房间忘了给放必备物品，打了五次电话给送了五次，第一次房间没放瓶装水打电话给总台，总台服务员让接细管龙头水喝，我看到别的房间有又打电话这才给送来，没放拖鞋又打电话这才给送拖鞋，打一次电话送一样，最终茶叶和擦鞋布浴帽也没送来据服务员说仓库门锁了找不到钥匙，有些东西都是从别的房间拿的，就这样的五星级酒店？笑话！
