都说设施老，但是我觉得设施挺新的，非常温馨，床和枕头特别舒服，而且很干净，送水果和酸奶，总之物超所值，服务管家岳爱华服务真心棒，来烟台出差游玩的朋友一定要住这家，服务水平赶超五星大酒店！

去烟台一直是金海湾酒店的，朋友说去中心大酒店吃烤鸭，图方便就住中心大酒店了，说说感受吧，前台那个男的服务非常差！说实话没见过酒店服务生那么差的，房间设施陈旧，很小。总归差评！非常差！
