前台服务态度差到令人发指！晚上飞机到达后给前台打了不下5个电话 不断推脱 直到最后提到艺龙给确认的经理名字才帮忙问有没有空车来接 还说没有房间了要问经理 经理在电话外说有啊给艺龙携程留的 然后才派车来机场接 让我们白白等了半个小时！第二天退房的体验也差到不行！明明1分钟的事情 拖了20分钟 前台至于混乱 服务差到不行 只恨不能打0星
