环境好，位置佳，房间设施不错，服务员态度和蔼，楼下就是饭店，很方便！附近商业氛围也很浓，有逛街的地方！下次去烟台还会选择这个饭店！

前台说三句话搭理一句，餐厅说十句搭理一句，一楼的湘菜不区分吸烟不吸烟，太乱，关个窗户打了4个电话！最后结账才明白是什么军队招待所，不可理解，不会入住！！！早上打车20分钟打不到，酒店连个门口帮打车的人都没有，你提这要求的时候，他们以为你是外星人！！！
