  民宿做得很好，房间装修很用心，酒店周边景色怡人，服务也很好，过去之前还给提前打开了空调。整体五星好评。唯一不太方便的就是交通，建议自驾前往

  衞生：有很多臭虫，一开始定房间页面也没有説明，我们带着小朋友，早知道这个情况绝对不会定。 环境：在竹海景区里，风景不错，但是路太窄了，会车都不方便。 服务：入住前有电话沟通。也有接驳车去停车场。但是整体依然感觉一般。房间入住时提醒有虫，让我们关阳台门窗，我们一进屋立刻就关了。过了一会真的有两只大虫，喊了工作人员来处理。没过一会又有一只虫，我们都觉得很奇怪：明明清理过了从哪里进来的？一检查才发现是第一次清理时工作人员帮我们阳台门打开了，却没有关上就走了…… 设施：停车场完全不能承载客流量。因为堵车到晚了，连车位也找不到，折腾很久。停车场还不是在民宿门口，离民宿还有一段距离，需要做接驳车。太折腾了，整体感觉更像去探险，不像住宿… 早餐：标价48让我有所期待，事实是种类太少，就是稀饭，牛奶，玉米什么的，建议加一点炒麪炒饭吧，不吃稀饭的人根本没什么主食可以选择… 我想説，这个接近1000的价格，在县城，住这样的房间这样的配套真的很失望。1000元，在上海都能在外滩住个桔子水晶亚朵了，在三亚能住一个设施齐全的五星了。怎么到安徽农村就是这样的环境配套和房间？不能仗着风景宰客啊，真的难以接受…

  第一次住民宿，这一家真的大大的惊喜。环境没得説，竹海中的感觉，晚上点的烧烤，老板还准备了音乐，氛围感拉满，还配了“小白”“小花”狗狗，连早餐都有心了。

  这的竹林真是让人喜欢，酒店服务非常好，晚间孩子大人都饿了，在酒店内点了些餐食，厨师做的都很好吃，就是早上的自助餐如果再多一些些品种就更好了。酒店就在景区内，也是《卧虎藏龙》电影的取景地。整体风格给人感觉非常清幽，避世。孩子超级喜欢，而且我们这次去刚好天气不错，晚上去到楼顶的天台，可以看到满天的星星，特别浪漫。

  住过很多高档民宿，不得不説，云雨竹的服务真的比五星级民宿的服务还好，正赶上孩子生病，前台特意安排厨房阿姨给孩子做了两顿手擀麪皮，让人感受到家的温暖，倍受感动。再此表示感谢！
