酒店服务特别热情周到。房间干净宽敞，设施和酒店一样。酒店门外马路边可停车。酒店自带餐厅点菜比较好吃，可以选竹荪蛋、竹荪、竹燕窝、竹胎儿等特色菜。早餐10元一人，如果换成20元，可以吃竹荪面，这个面特别好吃分量足。位置特别好，对面是仙女湖,右手边200米处是仙隅洞，左手边500米处是海中海。

酒店坐落于蜀南竹海仙女湖景点大门正对面，距石宝寨、仙寓洞和海中海景区非常近，游玩很方便。老板很热情，只要是客人有需求，酒店都能立马解决，饭菜美味足量，老板还送了黄粑粑和自酿美酒，是一家很不错的景区酒店，值得推荐。
