环境不错，前台服务态度相当好，带娃娃住，睡了个美美的觉，爬山的疲惫感消除了一大半，早餐也吃的饱饱的，下次去还定这家，很满意！

非常非常感谢酒店温暖贴心细致地服务！我们连住两天，感觉很好，竹海很大，适合多住几天，走的很多，爬上爬下，需要做好准备！酒店很棒！值得信赖！

酒店工作人员服务非常好，特别亲切友好，给我们很温暖的感觉，老老小小的都很满意；房间非常干净，看得出来酒店管理的到位和用心，并且帮我们搬行李，指导游玩攻略，很是贴心…早餐丰富，还给我们两个标间的四个1.2以下的小孩免费了，这个必须点赞！酒店位置去各个景点开车都挺近的（竹海尽量开车游玩吧，走路看起来实在很惊悚）停车场很大很方便…旁边吃的很多，出门一家竹味庭，人均75的样子，菜品不错。酒店很好！隆重推荐！

酒店位置在竹海景区东大门里面几公里处，离七彩飞瀑，青龙湖都挺近。主要酒店下面200米左右有个生活区，吃饭很方便！员工态度相当好，有问必答，还给你介绍景点位置，如何游玩等等！卫生条件也不错，设施设备比较齐备整洁！房间都有个小阳台，不怕蚊子可以坐外面看星星！
