在翡翠长廊的商圈，算是闹中取静，总体不错，但是有一间房就在餐厅一侧，很吵，早上11点半才消停，看房的时候就给服务员说自己很怕吵请换一个房间，但是死活不给换，只给了一间不吵的，所以没有休息好。还有就是早餐，太差了（一个腌黄瓜，没人吃，都说没法吃；油炸花生米，凑活吧，回潮了，竹海很湿，好吧，将就；稀饭，米太差了；馒头，就那样吧，不想说了）比去哪儿多二十多吧，当时想有早餐可能还不错，还不如出去吃也没辣么贵吧，失策！不过总的来说，住宿条件还是算竹海比较好的，希望早餐能改善就更好了！

环境挺不错的，自带花园很清净，服务态度好，电视机电脑柜机空调冰箱一应俱全，卫生干净，去的时候正在下雨被子略潮湿但可以理解，套房的价格比市区里便宜，唯一不满意的就是厕所内有些设施陈旧，盥洗用具不太好，可以考虑换一换。酒店里就有餐厅，也可以外出吃，出门有许多餐馆，旁边就是翡翠长廊和观海楼，吃完饭走走消食。总体来说很满意，值得推荐。
