不会再定第二次了！尤其是微信上！微信付款后再交300定金，退房只退162，剩下的还要第二天再退回绑定的银行卡上啊？不能直接的退回微信上！还有说好的返现还得各种绑定手机，银行卡才返现！呵呵！！
