前台服务相当好，热情周到，环境好，房间也好，性价比高，值得一住，另外，我定的一个蜀南竹海一日游，14日晚上预定的16日早上8点50分在南岸汽车站集合出发去竹海的行程，携程无故取消，携程晚上22点30分才发信告知我，携程美其名曰说，我的信息没有填写好，早不通知，晚不通知，偏偏10点30分通知我，太扯了，打的我措手不及，携程真是太缺德了。
