新酒店，设施位置不错，头一天入住的时候前台客房服务都不错。房间里面有油烟味道，浴缸找不到出水口塞子。第二天退房时候人较多前台手忙脚乱，长时间等待无回复，询问之后才告知刷的预售可以不用等待直接走。员工服务意识和业务能力有待加强，总的来说还行，但比起皇冠假日和君御还有差距。
