八月七日携父母、公婆及两孩子，五大两小一行入住该酒店，网上预订一间，到店后预订两间，一共三间豪华单间房。晚上入住后发现三间房间背后是一家桶装自来水加工厂，空桶装水桶乒乒乓乓，且旁边有当地人办丧事，敲锣打鼓；半夜停电闷热无比，蚊子也多，四位老人和两个孩子在闷热嘈杂的环境下挨到了天亮。外部环境的恶劣在几位老人的劝说下，我没有强制申请换房或者退房。八月八日早上退房后，父亲在酒店停车场倒车时，不慎将酒店花坛边缘擦裂，工作人员和几位老人发生了言语冲突，后和酒店杨姓经理沟通，问题得到了解决。作为住客，诚心提几点意见：1.安装隔音玻璃，无论外面多吵闹，至少房间是安静的；2.自备发电设备或储电设备，尤其天气温度高，更应该考虑客人入住的舒适度；3.定期培训员工，提高员工素质，尤其是直接与客人接触的员工更应该加强管理。

在艺龙三年最差的入住感受 没有之一 称之为酒店完全因为有一定面积和大堂 要不和招待所无异 而且有欺骗嫌疑 实际入住房间和图片差异较大 我预定的是豪标 前台说这就是 房间小 连椅子都没有 更别说抽纸和水了 壁纸发霉 用的最低档的一次性洗漱用品 连床单都是破的 而且服务员完全没有素质 门也不敲就随意开门… 总之完全没有性价比可言 该商家应该好好反思了 艺龙的审核部门也应该查一下这种酒店是怎么通过的！！！
