前台还在装修，艺龙预订的房间位置不错，住在酒店一楼的高级标间，竹海普遍比较潮，房间设施还算不错。最难忘的是酒店的早餐，每道菜看起来很不精致的样子，但是吃起来味道相当好，最要提一下牛奶，当时我觉得牛奶肯定是奶粉冲的就不喝，后来老公说是鲜牛奶，喝了一口，太好喝了，比特仑苏还好喝，一下就喝了两杯。呵呵，酒店所有的员工都很亲切，很不错。

外部在装修,看起来不起眼,屋内的设施和卫生条件还可以吧.退房时忘记开发票了,电话联系说给邮寄或快递,却一直没有收到,可能就没发出吧.

房间空调根本就是坏的，后来在我跟总台的沟通下换了房间，空调勉强可以用，不过那个声音简直是吓人啊，房间的隔音效果不是很好，可以听见走廊里服务员打扫卫生的声音。挂五星的早餐简直可以跟招待所比美。不过餐厅的服务员服务态度还可以。呵呵，总之是到处一片狼藉。

酒店目前还在装修期，所以大堂很简陋，定的标间说是二楼其实是在一楼，有些潮湿，地板和部分墙纸都起皮翻翘了，但是房间整体装修色彩还不错，卫浴是老式浴缸不封闭的，喜欢它的面盆，在万里服务区环境很好，离七彩湖及瀑布很近，步行可至，园林环境有一些，估计酒店装修改造后会更好，总体还是满意，就是价格稍微贵了些
