首先这就是个农家乐，怎好意思叫“大酒店"？携程办的确不如某团，网上介绍、图片有很强的误导性，所谓欧式房建在隔山崖壁一两米处，无从采光还很潮湿，难以入住，被迫加钱换房，这些向携程客服反映毫无用处！突然想起上次某团定酒店也不满意，某团分分钟全退房费，真是差距不是一点点！某程定店有风险，客官选择需谨慎。

一次性拖鞋只有一双，还是管前台要的，房间只有一个窗户，而且对着过道，窗户还是坏的，锁不住，很不安全。酒店晚上九点就停电了，没有人来告知原因和来电时间。第二天也没有做出主动道歉或是一个合理的解释。体验非常差，不会再来了。
