酒店标得是四星，处理大厅的占地匹配以外，其他就是个两星。一去大厅办理入住的服务员服务态度很差。定了三天，第一天准备要个安静的房间，结果给了个5楼临街的房间，靠主干道车通过特别吵，白天睡午觉楼下有叫卖菠萝的喇叭无限循环，傍晚休息的时间有跳广场舞的声音，晚上睡觉有大货车轰鸣而过的声音，崩溃。而且房间床头没有插座，充电用的是电视后面的插座牵了个插线板！换气系统打不开，不开窗闷，开窗吵！第二天受不了去换房间，好不容易换了个靠内的房间，关了窗声音小了点。房间左侧立了根柱子，且仍然没有换气系统和床头插座，找保洁拿了个特别长的插线板才拉到床头。几个台灯的灯罩又破又满是灰尘，还找不到开关！而且一进酒店，电梯走廊和房间就闻见特别陈旧发霉的气味，差评，反正我是再也不会去了。唯有两件酒店做的还不错的，一是酒店门口停车场，虽然小了点但是每次值班的保安都会帮忙指挥停车，；二是酒店早餐煮煎蛋煮面条的师傅态度特别好，不忙的时候还会主动把点的东西给我送过来。
