开个房间 人家客房保留 直接给我卡让我进去了 一看里面还有别人的东西 直接尴尬掉 第二天睡到10点多 打扫卫生的大姐bang bang敲门 说要打扫卫生 然后就听见拿卡刷门的声音 好吓人 赶紧说还没退房 这种酒店服务也真是醉了 前台服务员还说我们是国营企业跟别的私人酒店不一样 我就想呵呵 还有洗澡的水龙头低的要死 离地估计也就20多公分

骗子，我5月23日住了188元豪华间313房，信用卡预授权300元，退房时前台说忙就先走，他们一会儿就处理退款，结果两天了还没有退回112元
