没去住，下午5点多定的房间，半小时侯因为出了小事故不能去，特意和酒店联系同意退房，结果艺龙在中间死活不同意，非得说第三方不同意，我和酒店都同意，你不同意有什么目的，酒店都同意退款，艺龙也太霸道了！垃圾艺龙！酒店接线服务员说话还是客气的！
