环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住是挺好的，挺安静的。服务也很好，服务人员都很客气，走的时候还提醒我们不要拉东西了本来是没有窗户的

酒店位置不错，对面不远就是广场和河岸，大观楼离得不远，可以看到锦江，广场晚上很热闹。酒店二楼的江味酒家菜式多样，价格不贵，环境优雅，服务员热情。就是前台服务员脸色不太让人舒服。入住时，没留意特价房和双标房的差别，后才发现特价房只是25平米，标准房是32平米，其实所谓特价，并非真的是在标准房价中特出来，而是其本来就只值这个价。
