这个酒店一共订了四间其中三间极差根本不是豪华房，要求退房退款，我们一行八人晚上10点到达与同程及酒店沟通了三小时至半夜一点，酒店方才同意退房，但退款要等白天8点以后再处理，睡了几个小时后，找到营销方琴，方说退房可以要收取50%房费，我们不同意，方又再说房款不在酒店还在同程，要我们再与同程协商解决，我们在和同程及酒店整整沟通至11点45分才同意退款。虽然己退款但我们认为同程在处理此事极其不负责任互相推逶，严重影响客户至后的旅游心情，希望改正，创品牌不宜，自重！

整个行程这个酒店最差也最贵，热水洗澡要放30分水，才有热 水，但还不能洗，网上订要比前台贵40元，早餐一般能吃饱o不值！
