1号入住酒店，办理手续时被前台告知568元，后来拿出艺龙的确认短信，在前台与管理者沟通后按328办理的入住。进入房间发现没有浴缸，询问前台被告知如果要带浴缸需要568元，但是查看酒店介绍说酒店房间均带浴缸，当时就怀疑是不是因为这个价格原因。2号到前台请求换双间，因为带了小孩1.5米的床实在没有睡好，前台告知没有双间，都定满了，磨了好久，突然来个穿便装问了几句后，说有双间，但要我们加价568元。
